AIS Digital Academy on DSR Academy
Members of the DSR Academy team had the chance to hold the second live session of the AIS Digital Academy which took place on September 3rd. In the session, they focused on Teaching Design Science Research (DSR). This session was led by Jan vom Brocke from the University of Münster, Jan Marco Leimeister from the University of St. Gallen, Tuure Tuunanen from the University of Jyväskylä, and Michael Gau from the University of Lichtenstein.
The event provided a deep dive into the latest methodologies and best practices in teaching DSR, with an emphasis on creating and preserving unique DSR knowledge. The 60-minute session was designed as a collaborative experience, offering participants access to cutting-edge teaching materials, including a literature review of influential DSR papers and interviews with renowned DSR researchers. It also featured an exclusive preview of the DSR Academy, an open-education platform for DSR teaching, along with its comprehensive online resources, such as the MyDesignProcess tool, essential for the practical application of DSR principles.
